Enrolment for Three Counties Cycle Ride

Enrolment and Payment:

    We use PayPal to collect your enrolment fees. After you have sent us your enrolment details the next page you will see will have a "Buy Now" button. When you click this button you will be directed to the PayPal website where you will have two options to pay. The top option is "Pay with my PayPal account" below this is "Pay with a debit or credit card" - which does not require a PayPal account.
    If you intend to use the "Pay with my PayPal account" option please ensure you can access your account BEFORE you start the enrolment process.
    Note that PayPal never shares your financial information therefore we have no knowledge of your financial details.
    If you send us your enrolment details but do not pay the appropriate entry fee we will NOT process your registration and you WILL have to submit your details again.
    All riders must complete the registration process to be eligible for a certificate and a medal.

Group Rider or Solo Rider button:

    If you want to guarantee the SAME start time as a family member / friend / colleague you must all be part of the same Group. Anyone can ride in a group irrespective of age. The group must have a named individual as a group leader who is 16 or over on the day of the ride.
    There are two types of groups: Family Groups and Groups (i.e Youth Groups, Friends, Work Colleagues etc).
    The Solo Rider button is for individuals who are not a member of a group and are 16 or over on the day of the ride.

Under 16 Riders:

    Under 16s can ONLY ride as part of a group and must have parent / guardian consent. They MUST also be accompanied around the whole of their ride by AT LEAST one 16 or Over rider.

Preferred Start Time:

    When you enrol you will have the option to select a "Preferred Start Time" for your ride. If the time slot you select is full we will give you the nearest available time slot.
    Note:
    08:00 time slot - now full to new groups and solo riders.
    08:10 time slot - now full to new groups and solo riders.
    08:30 time slot - nearly full.
